Service Description

A fast, affordable on-site tech support visit for simple, quick-fix jobs. Perfect for small issues like computer or printer diagnostics, virus removal, or device setup. Our local Kiwi team comes to you — reliable, friendly, and fast. Price: $40 per visit (includes travel within Hutt Valley / Wellington; +$20 for out-of-area). Duration: Up to 30 minutes for a single, easily defined issue. Extended Work: If the job exceeds 1 hour, an additional $25 per 15 minutes applies. Add-ons: Clients can choose optional extras such as PC clean-outs, system tune-ups, or data backup as part of the visit. Disclaimer: “Quick-Fix” covers one defined technical issue per session (e.g. diagnosing one device, removing a virus, or setting up a printer). Complex or multi-device issues (hardware failure, networking, data recovery, or physical repairs) may require separate booking or additional labour at standard rates. Service area: Wellington region on-site only. Bookings subject to availability.
