Each week, we’ll remotely connect to your devices via a secure, encrypted remote support platform to perform system checkups, security updates, and clean-ups — keeping your tech fast, secure, and reliable. Perfect for individuals or small businesses who want peace of mind without unexpected downtime or costly repairs. Price: $34.99 per month. Included: One free remote support session per month (covers one defined issue). Weekly remote system checkups and performance scans. Operating system and driver updates. Antivirus, malware, and security patch verification. Temporary file and junk removal. Startup and performance optimization. General software and functionality health checks. Optional: You may choose to have your maintenance performed in person instead of remotely. Standard travel fees apply per visit ($20–$30 within Wellington, Lower Hutt, or Upper Hutt; adjusted for areas outside the region). Scope: Covers up to two personal or business devices (PCs, laptops, or workstations). Additional devices can be added at discounted rates. Disclaimer: All maintenance is performed securely via remote connection unless an in-person visit is requested. Hardware failures, data recovery, or complex physical repairs are not included. Subscription can be cancelled at any time; services continue until the end of the current billing period.
